The martial arts academy is dedicated to empowering both kids and adults to become stronger, more confident, and healthier versions of themselves. Through the dynamic blend of Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga, we provide a well-rounded approach to fitness, discipline, and personal growth.

Curriculum Overview
The combat academy aims to offer all our members an opportunity to partake in physical activity that helps them develop their physical and mental fitness while engaging in spiritual well-being.

Boxing 🥊
We have classes supporting beginners and advanced practitioners. Members are taught the importance of physical and mental fitness. Several trainers are former champions, and all are active amateur fighters.

Muay Thai 🇹🇭
Thai boxing is a martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and clinching techniques. We have multiple classes and the beginner classes are extremely popular.

Jiu Jitsu 🥋
A Japanese martial art and a system of close combat (unarmed or with a minor weapon) that can be used defensively or offensively. We focus on fitness and self-discipline. Our trainers are successful amateur combatants.

Wrestling & Kabaddi 🤼♀️🤼♂️
Wrestling is a martial art and combat sport that involves grappling with an opponent and striving to obtain an advantage through different throws or techniques within a given ruleset. The sessions are open to all practitioners and extremely popular.

Strength & Conditioning 💪
Our S&C coaches help members participate in accessible and demanding physical activities. This is achieved through strength training, aerobic conditioning, and other methods. We have dedicated sessions for women and young people.

Yoga (Women-only) 🧘♀️
A posture-based physical fitness programme focused on stress relief and relaxation techniques. The sessions help members engage in physical activity and develop the confidence to pursue other personal goals.
